ERPGuild is an invitation-only community for senior ERP practitioners — architects, transformation leads and independent consultants who have delivered the programmes, not just managed them.
No vendor agenda. No fees to join. No noise. Just the room that didn’t exist — until now.
After 20 years of delivering ERP transformations — across Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA and Dynamics 365 — across four continents and organisations from 500 to 50,000 people — the same conversation kept not happening.
Not in the vendor user groups, which are product marketing in disguise. Not on LinkedIn, which is noise. Not in the Big Four alumni networks, which are social, not professional.
The conversation that didn’t happen was the honest one. Where an experienced Oracle Fusion architect talks openly about what actually went wrong on the last data migration. Where someone asks what a realistic day rate looks like for a post-go-live remediation. Where a practitioner shares the assurance checklist they’ve refined across twelve implementations — not a vendor’s marketing PDF.
ERPGuild is not a platform. It is not a marketplace. It is a guild — a small, serious room of people who do this work at a high level and are willing to share what they actually know.
When ERPGuild wins a programme assurance, architecture review or interim ERP engagement, delivery goes to guild members first. A private project board lists current and upcoming opportunities filtered by platform, region and engagement type. You hear about work before it reaches the open market — and before a recruiter takes 20% of it.
Frameworks, assurance checklists, go-live guides and implementation case studies written by practitioners from real programmes. Not vendor documentation. Not AI-generated content. The kind of reference material that helps when something goes wrong at 11pm the night before go-live.
Retired executives and senior professionals in the ERPGuild partner network open conversations with organisations running ERP programmes. When a relevant mandate comes in, members with matching expertise are introduced directly — no cold outreach, no competing on a vendor panel, no agency fees.
Anonymised day rates, engagement sizes and contract values — contributed by members and updated regularly. Know what the market actually pays for an Oracle Fusion Finance lead in the UK. Know what a post-go-live remediation typically costs. Stop guessing.
A private forum where serious practitioners talk openly. Chatham House rules apply to all discussions. No vendor promotion, no recruiting, no self-promotion. Just honest professional exchange between people who have been in the room.
Your architect profile on the ERPGuild directory is visible to verified clients and BD partners. They can see your platform specialism, region and availability. All enquiries route through ERPGuild — your contact details are never shared directly. You get the introduction without the cold inbound.
If you want a quiet room where serious work happens, apply. If you want a network, LinkedIn already exists.
We care what you have delivered, not where you went to school or which firm put your name on a slide deck. A practitioner who has run twenty Oracle Fusion go-lives is more valuable to this community than a director who has managed them from a distance.
We will never optimise for scale. A room of 10,000 people is not a community — it is an audience. ERPGuild stays small enough that members know each other's work and trust each other's assessments. Quality of membership is the only metric that matters.
No vendor relationships. No platform partnerships. No advertising. No sponsored content. ERPGuild is funded entirely by the commercial engagements it wins — not by its members and not by vendors. This means we can say things about Oracle, SAP and Workday that vendor-aligned communities cannot.
Real implementation knowledge — including failures, near-misses, workarounds and hard lessons — is worth more than curated success stories. Members are encouraged to share what went wrong and why. Intellectual honesty is the price of admission.
An open community is not a community. Every application is reviewed personally. We look at delivery record, platform depth and professional reputation. The selectivity is what makes the knowledge inside the guild worth having — and the introductions worth receiving.
ERPGuild is not for consultants who sell ERP. It is for architects who build it, assure it and fix it when it breaks. Senior practitioners only — no junior associates, no account managers, no pre-sales. If your job is to sell a platform, this is not the room for you.

After more than two decades delivering ERP transformations, I came to one conclusion:
The ERP industry has no true professional home for senior practitioners.
We spend our careers moving from programme to programme, solving complex business problems, building relationships and creating expertise that often stays locked within individual organisations. Outside of those projects, there is no trusted place where experienced ERP professionals can build long-term relationships, collaborate with peers, exchange practical ideas and continue growing throughout their careers.
At the same time, organisations continue to invest millions in ERP transformation while often struggling to access truly independent, experience-led advice. Too many programmes rely on fragmented networks, vendor recommendations or traditional consulting models that don’t always bring together the best expertise for the challenge at hand.
I believed there was a better way.
ERP Guild was created to connect the best people in our profession—not simply to build a community, but to build a professional ecosystem where everyone benefits.

Oracle Fusion and EBS delivery experience
Independent Consultant to Big Corporates and SI's
UK · UAE · US — actively working across all three
Senior practitioners across Oracle, SAP, Workday and Dynamics 365 who want honest peer exchange, a proprietary knowledge base, and access to sub-contract delivery opportunities — without paying to join. Membership is free. Admission is not automatic. You apply, we review, we decide.
What you get: the project board, the knowledge base, your directory profile, peer discussions, and rate benchmarking data. What you give: your expertise, your contributions to the Insights library, and your commitment to the standard.
Organisations running ERP programmes who need independent assurance, architecture review or specialist expertise that sits outside the SI relationship. You access the ERPGuild bench through a separate client pathway — not through the member portal.
Client-facing architect profiles show platform, specialism, region and availability. All introductions are managed by ERPGuild. You never deal directly with architects until the engagement is scoped and agreed. Your contact details and the architect's are both protected until the right moment.
Retired executives and senior professionals with existing client relationships in the ERP space who want to open doors to advisory mandates on a commission basis — without any delivery responsibility. You make the introduction. ERPGuild handles everything else.
You earn 10–15% of the contract value on introductions that convert. No exclusivity required. No conflict with other activities. All conversations are confidential until you choose to make an introduction.

Removal from the guild requires no appeals process. ERPGuild is a private community. Membership is a privilege, not a right.
Yes. ERPGuild does not charge architects to join or maintain membership. The guild earns its revenue from commercial engagements — programme assurance, architecture review and interim ERP work contracted with enterprise clients. Architects are the asset the guild sells access to, not the customers it charges.
Admission is selective and ongoing standards are enforced. Fewer than one in five applicants are currently admitted. Members who contribute nothing over 18 months are quietly removed. The selectivity is the point — it is what makes membership worth having and the network worth being part of.
The Register page collects an application form — not a login. If your application is approved, you receive a unique invite link by email. That link is single-use and time-limited. It is the only way to create a login. There is no open registration and no way to bypass the admission review.
No. Client-facing architect profiles show your platform, specialism, region and availability — but no direct contact details. All client enquiries come through a 'request introduction' button that routes to ERPGuild. We manage the introduction. Your contact details are only shared once an engagement is scoped and agreed.
ERPGuild is for senior practitioners only. As a guide: at least eight to ten years of hands-on ERP delivery experience, having led or contributed at architect level to at least three full implementation lifecycles, and operating as an independent consultant, a senior employee in a consultancy, or a senior internal technology leader.
No. The guild covers Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday and several best-of-breed platforms including Coupa, SAP Ariba and NetSuite. The founding team has deepest expertise in Oracle Fusion, but the community and knowledge base are platform-agnostic.
Yes, if you are a senior practitioner in a delivery role. Several members are senior employees at consulting firms who find value in the peer exchange and knowledge base outside their firm's internal channels. Discretion around client confidentiality and firm policies is your responsibility.
You are required to notify ERPGuild. Continued membership is reviewed case by case. Architects who move into vendor sales, pre-sales or account management roles are generally removed — the guild's independence depends on it.
The project board lists opportunities as they arise from ERPGuild's commercial pipeline. We cannot guarantee a timeline — it depends on your platform specialism, region and availability matching an active engagement. Members with accurate, specific profiles and up-to-date availability status are matched more quickly.
Membership is free for approved senior ERP practitioners. Every application is personally reviewed based on delivery experience, platform expertise and the contribution you can make to the guild.
